I have no idea why, but I find candle light comforting...
Candles Candles burning in the dark Bring comfort to my soul. Shadows dancing on the walls Like little woodland sprites. I can rest in easy peace. By warmth of candlelight.

I agree with you, candlelight can be romantic but it can also just be soothing to relax with candlelight, wine, soft music and a good book.

Candles!
YOu give an elequent feel
to the warmth and beauty of candles
I too have a passion for them!
Especially with a thriller/movie and blinds closed!
and everytime while we eat, we go through candles!
BE SAFE!
