Interesting use of hope and dissappointment. Sometimes are hearts are so big the burden becomes too great and othetrs take advantage. All we can do is try.
And once a person lies, they have to lie again to cover the original lie, and so it goes on..

Gotta love it! The poet described, in an exact manner, the plight of a would-be lover who knows not how to love. Hello over there in Lake Charles from Houma.
