a new baby
The New Born Under her white knit hat With a huge purple flower Isla Rain sleeps. She has only just arrived. She tumbled from a Heavenly place far from Earth and smiles in her sleep as she dreams. As above, so below May she forever find her life on Earth joyful, peaceful and filled with love. --Barbara Spring

That would be a good hope for everyone throughout their lives. Unfortunately, adulthood often results in some very mean-spirited behavior that is diametrically opposed to the beautiful blank slate of innocent infant we first see in front of us before we start conditioning them to our beliefs and practices.
