I can identify with this, BOY, can I...no wonder employers can't keep help with attitudes like this! Going through this now: manager hires new personnel and they don't show; they work one day and quit (no call, no show); leaving the few good ones to pick up the slack (and the pieces). Been there and done that too, and the worst is when you cannot due to circumstance walk away and look for a new job. Hard to smile when dealing with power idiots who know nothing.
