You asked me once if I was true ,
I told you darling only to you.

You asked me how long I will stay,
With you my dear day after day.

You asked if I would always smile,
I would through the eyes of an innocent child.

You asked if I would understand,
I said yes dear, for you are my man.

You asked me once how long is life,
I said as long as I'm your loving wife.

You asked how far I can see,
As far as forever, you and me.

You asked and I answered true ,
My heart belongs to only you.

You asked what did I see in you,
I said a love that's oh so true .

I'll ask you, what you'll ask next,
What was it dear that you expect.

I answered all you've ask of me,
Just know our love was meant to be.
