Thanksgiving With Family 
& Friends

You ask, what am I thankful for?
Well let me answer you.
Family and friends full of love,
A love that's oh so true
.
I'm thankful for the life I have,
The food laid on my table.
I wish that I could feed all hungry,
I would if I were able.

I'm thankful for my home,
The warmth that I have here,
The beds so warm and comfy,
I wish truly that I could share.

I'm thankful for God above,
For all that He has given.
To give us the means,
To live the life we're living.

I'm thankful that I can see,
All nature has to share,
That I"m able to write my words,
To show others how I care.

I'm thankful for my husband,
For chosing me to be his wife,
For all the years he worked hard,
To give me comfort in my life.

You ask, what am I thank for?
I can write for evermore,
For all I have in my whole life,
I'll forever be grateful for.

Happy Thanksgiving to all my dear friends,
I pray you have reasons to be thankful for,
I pray you had food on your table, to share
With family and friends who come to your door.
