In My Dreams 

My hearts beacon burns so bright
Beneath the stars in the night
Hallowed hear my tears
Caught among these forgotten fears

Once I was a man of thunder
Now I’m barren, born of wonder
Listen how the tearful skies
Tear apart, with no sound of sighs

Blue moon, on moonlit Monday
How I wish I could find my Sunday
Due unrest in my distress
There are things I must confess

My heart lingers with a notion
Heavy tears upon the ocean
Swelling, like forgotten fears
As I shed my skin, to show my tears

Who among the crumbs
How is it now, I come undone
Fallen, like the chosen one
Part I play, compared to sum

My reflection cast no shadow
Hallowed in the skies so mellow
Footsteps, cast the path of where I’ve been
Slightly shadowed, in my dreams!
