Sanctified
I am sanctified by my earthly presences
For in my heart I sense my essence
With thine eyes my eyelids weep
Where now I walk, barefoot among these streets
My thoughts immerse me with that notion
That my heart ebbs beside the ocean
The morning stars that greet me
Near and far, they come to greet me
Palomino moon evades me, hue I be thyself
Then step in hand like someone else
Deem me, not as a burden
Then I be twain, and vexed in twine
My soul leaps forth when I sleep
With ghost footstep as I wake
My heart yearns as hope leaps forth
Then to know thy hand as I know myself
The starlight glimmers and thoughts evaded me
Deem it be by daylight jest, then to know thy heathen heart
Thou art which time be best, then to live within my earthly breath
Then to that which is, and to that which was, then to hallowed breath upon cause
