I am in love, have been since the first time I saw her. ...
I close my eyes, and there she is: Alaska. I am in love, have been since the first time I saw her. Her beauty is beyond compare. Her scenery. I am breathless when I remember her mountains. She's all I think about. I can't eat, can't sleep -- I've got to see her again! They say I'm being foolish. They say that long distance relationships don't work. My dear Alaska, one day, we'll be together. Wait for me. I am on my knees: don't forget me.

Alaska is like gold fever… Once you get a taste of it, you can't get enough. Besides, I hear there are 10 men there for every woman, greatly increasing the odds that a woman can take your pick from the best.
