Thin Walls


Their screams echo in his head
     paralyzing the mind
Unable to block the sounds of hate
     he stares at a broken boy
     in the mirror
A fallen tear is his only movement

The boy grew up, but the mirror, the scream and the tears are still there.
An ageless poem to an ageless problem.

Perfect painting of a moment in time. I see the tear from the sounds hate.
