I scream in the night not knowing why.
Angry at who i am yet scared to fight.
Wondering why i cannot just be who i am.
Fearful of what might happen if i switch.
Shall i cry tonight or just lay here awake?
Will this madness consume me or end?
Hatred for not understanding what i feel.
Confusion over what i feel i must do.
Crying out for an ounce of sanity within.
Fearing that it may never come to me.
Thoughts running wildly in my mind.
A storm i cannot harness nor withstand.
When the mind leaps into the anger or depression stages it is often beyond our control as to how we react. Writing out your feelings and nightmares does often help and bipolar sufferers especially. You captured some vivid images here regardless.
