Brook of Serenity

Come let me show you
What I have to offer –
Nature’s eloquence
Dipped in tranquility –
 
And then, surrounding
My humble abode –
Pristine woodland bordered
By a brook of serenity –
 
Let me just say
My dear, I’ve seen
Before this tour –
What you have to offer
 
A pure, amorous heart
Through adoring eyes –
A passionate mind
Through clever speak –
 
An insightful spirit
Gifting altruistic sincerity –
A beautiful naïve
An adorned bliss –
 
An unconditional freedom
The current of your soul –
And the vastness of your love
Without fear, without malice –
 
You’ve shown me
What you offer –
Unsullied eloquence
Dipped in tranquility –
 
You surround me
As I relinquish into home –
Perfect happiness bordered –
By you, my brook of serenity
