Why?

Living between two worlds,
one physically and mentally.

Oh, how can you see that
you are the Best thing for me!
I hold you so close in my heart.

It is hard for me to explain,
Better to Sign in ASL.

We will get together by
the end of the year.

I like your title for this poem. We all can relate to this experience as we live in different worlds and take on many masks during our lives. Do not feel alone. Keep writing.
