My visits to Doctors, a psychologist in particular, has helped me so very much. It never hurts to ask for help.
A psychologist helps you to heal. Sometimes it starts with an unexplained trip to the Emergency room. Life is good but hard to handle at times. It does not hurt if you need help every now and then.
