I never seem to have enough time to thank you all individually for your reviews and most of all, for your friendship. I feel like I know all of you personally to some extent, anyway. This is my way, through what I write, of saying thank you, each and every one of you, for your kind words in your reviews. I pray to God that this is enough. I love you all in a very special way. When I was depressed, feeling alone
Lost in the cold, darkness of night
Wandering and searching around
For a sign of sweet Heaven's light
A light shined down from Heaven above
And all God's Angels began to sing
I felt I knew right there and right then
Just how much joy their song would soon bring
I knew from that very moment
Many a new friendship would start
Friends to help me face any fear
Friends to repair a wounded heart
I will forever thank our Lord
For the gift He sent from above
Never again shall I know fear
God has sheltered me with your love
You help me express deep feelings
You teach me how to better pray
You care for me when I worry
I cherish your words everyday
I thank the Lord for you, my Den friends!
A peaceful feeling's not hard to find
All of the many moments we share
Proves that you're all so loving and kind
I just can't say thank you enough Thank you, thank you, thank you again For the heartfelt love you give to me I'm honored to have you as my friends!

I wish that all of the den members who write me a message thanking me for my review would stop because it is really quite meaningless just to say thank you. By saying it in a poem to everyone you are doing a great service by not cluttering up the message board with unnecessary thank yous.
On the other hand, if you have a comment or message that you really feel you need to send, then the message board is it. A poem, an article, or a story can be used to convey the same message to everyone rather than writing individual messages.
So, if I don't write you and say thank you for your review, don't worry, I still appreciate them, especially if they have something to say and not just, “I love your poem.” If you hate my poem and tell me why, I won't get upset, I'll just get even. ;-)
As for friends, psychologists tell us that we can only have four or five real friends in the lifetime. All the rest are just acquaintances that come and go. Do not place all your marbles with Internet friends, you may find that they are not the friends you think they are.
Aw, shucks, Paul, we can't help loving you! God is so good to give us friends we may never meet on earth. I certainly count you as one of my blessings!
