I think I shall never see
a prefect technology
with perfect electrons and software code
interfaces, wires, wireless, HTML, all a glee...

Of mighty conductors and superchips
all blazing speeds of processing
every possible convenience at a clip

Speedier than fast
at a price lower than a tank of gas
or is it?

From Michael Dell, to Larry, to Steve Jobs
and yes---ode to the richest man...
truly all gentlemen of the information age
responsible for the speed of light
and my inconveniences

There is no boundary
to the future shock
populations from timeless applications

We now see robotics to smart buildings
carbon-free applications
eyesight restored
cancer almost cured?

Time will never reveal
what's next
a new generation of child prodigies
richer than rich
There is simply no stop
to Moore's law

Be still my friend
there is hope...
don't throw away the old!
just re-invent, re-use to renew
Can you not see?

Technology at its best
is a double edged sword
blend the old with the new
to produce an accord

An appreciation of the new
with forward thinking renewed...
