Feel'in kinda small
Grains of sand lay in the palm of my hand.
Teeny tiny worlds,
like planets in their own magical plan.
And on each of their surfaces are micro cosmic cultures
living on the veranda's capacious grainscapes,
one million billion quadrillionth smaller than the views
from our earthly landscapes.
We may think to be existing in a universe
of celestial bodies whose sizes are grand.
But our planets, stars and galaxies,
and even our universe,
may be like grains of sand in someone else's hand.
Blessings,
Christine
