Dealing with life

I'm better now

I knew my friend could use someone to talk to, but I really didn't have time.

I haven't seen my loved ones for so long, It's too bad they live so far away.

Why can't I ever remember anyone's birthdays anyway?

I think of the ones I love more than life itself, but do I really, I mean really know them? Who am I?  I think I  am losing it!

For some strange reason I feel as though I am being drawn to nature.
The ocean is curious, it somehow never forgets and always knows the exact shape of my body as it touches every part of me. How wonderfully sensitive it is.

The mountains slowly grow, allthewhile laughing at times justice.

Millions of cycles beginning and ending every minute,
every second,
every instant.
Feeling their own movements.
Excepting change.
Being what they were meant to be.
Becoming what they were meant to become.

No wonder I feel isolated
from the social world?
I must right now,
take my meds

A slow walk to the lake.
Meditation in the woods,
absorbing the smells and the sounds.

Harmony,
beauty,
nature's tough love,
embracing new realizations.

Create or discover a small natural artistic treasure and hold it in the palm of my hand. Try to understand how it's tiny fragile edges fit into the rough void in life's grand puzzle.

Perform an act of kindness.
Give someone a hug.
Get lost in a Day Dream.
Hold out thy hand to others.

Accept who and what I am.
I smile,
I learn,
I understand,
I'm better now.
