to a great friend of mine ive known for more than a decade....

Like children, we play at dusk,
looking for something to get into.
Tossing pillows and imaginary blows,
We just enjoy being around each other;
no need for frills!

I look your way in amazement
I never say it, but you are beautiful
and so much fun to be with.
A friend so close to my heart that I would
change my life before living without you.

I adore you

I loved those girlfriend sleepovers and the pillow fights in my youth. A person always needs a friend and does not forget former friendships either. Great tribute to your friend here too.
