Our children are our future....... teach them compassion, unconditional love, tolerance and non-violence... to love and not hate...

Hear the pitter-patter of little feet; Laughter and glee Abundantly! In their hearts it's just love so sweet A joy to see, Immensely Just two children Playing with joy that precious brown girl and the Little white boy. Innocent minds know no color Play together like Sister and brother; just two that have A different mother.. Then suddenly yes, secretly.. Some fathers, see, Start teaching thee that white is right and Black you get back.. Say, what the heck? What kind of message is that? Why don't they know That hate is so No way to grow! Even children know Hate ain't the way to go! An innocent mind can change Mankind If we seek to find a world that's kind. Hold onto faith We can change the human race One child at a time. And we are ALL created in his likeness! Such power in your words. If we teach love...they will know love. A very special poem you have written and I wish it to be published where all can see. Possibly printed on cards...then given to each new parent as they leave the hospital with their new babies!
