I hold your Mom but feel inadequate

I hold your Dad but can’t remove his sadness

We hold onto each other for dear life

As we each deal with "What?’ "Why"

It is important that you know …

That we miss you so very much

That you are loved

That your name, Sophia, means wisdom

In Hebrew, it also means "The Glory of God"

That we were blest to feel you grow

We will remember you with great sadness and eternal love

That while we feel cheated, we are grateful for your life
