Nothing new under the sun

There is nothing new under the sun
Don't be deceived by the sum
Of those on whom human intellect rely
And try to prove GOD a lie

Let the REDEEMED of the LORD say so
Stand up! Stand up! for what you know
In this season oppression does violently rage
Rise up and be empowered by His SPIRIT each and every day

The war is won yet battles and trials persist
Laborers are needed so please DON'T be remiss
Jesus said greater works we would do
The harvest is ripe but the
laborers He said are few

It reminds me of instruction I received,when just a child
And I kept this message with me all the while:

When a task is once begun
Never leave it 'til it's done
Be the labor great or small...
Do it well or not at all

One thing I desire that in the end
Is to hear"WELL DONE MY MY FAITFUL SERVANT,ENTER IN."
