and so will i ...

In the valley of darkness
Loss in threes
What's next?

One sick
One sicker
One sickest
Who will get hit first?

I begin to feel the weight.
I try not to let it get me down.
I fight the fearful thoughts.
I say think positive!
I go out to the beach and walk.
I write it out.

I begin to fight with the help of
a newsletter from someone
who doesn't even know me.
His magic words help to pull me through these hollow days.
And I would like to share these powerful words with you!

He writes:

Demand your full awareness to be present.
Be open to embrace the
unlimited potential of your true self.

Allow yourself to completely let go of the
constant rambling, drama and
limits of the ego mind.

Be bold and enjoy
the calmness of the present.
