You don't need the last line, your title says it all, and the title should be "Why Do I Have These Feelings?"

Okay, the poem may be paraded this way, ending with.....

so as to let the readers fill in the rest by themselves. Yeah why? Why do THEY have these feelings as well? Leave them with their own feelings and imaginations at the end. Don't ask the readers why do you have these feelings at the end, they don't know, all they know is that THEY TOO will have these kind of feelings and THEY TOO will feel them with you, and they are free to add in some more of them own at the end of this poem or they can stop whenever they want to stop.

Why do I have these feelings?

Occasional Happiness,
Often Sadness,
Childish Behaviour,
Wildish Thoughts,
Friendliness,
Romantic Tenderness,
Hopes,
Desires,
Tears,
Grins.....

Hope this helps. Just my humble opinion.

I understand what you are trying to say through your words but it needs to be constructed well. Cathy says it!

You started out very well with all those feelings. However, the last line needs to be revised--"Why do these feelings?" I'm not trying to be mean here, but it's an incomplete thought: Why do these feelings...just what do they do? Tell what they do! Or, if you would just drop the "do" then it would make better sense, as well. Revise and re-post!! Cathy
