Now that you're gone

 
I cry until
I am too numbed
to feel.

The deep cloud
of darkness
engulfs me.

For a while
nothing moves
inside or out.

This slow erosion
from within.

Thoughts of
missing you.

The pain of
loneliness
and desolation.

Now that you're gone


I cry until
I am too numbed
to feel.
