Lets not blame poor wolfie
For eyeing red’s tempting basket
After his life of struggle
And feeling like he's past it.
Driven from the den
Kicked out by the pack
Crucified for life
Cause he couldn’t catch a rat.
So is it any wonder
When the hamper he could smell
Left his mind not thinking right
Falling for its spell.
Because poor wolfie was so hungry
He didn’t notice the woodsman near
His brain now ever so cloudy
Going for red’s basket, showing no fear.
The woodsman only had eyes for red
As she twirled in her tartan mini skirt
So attack poor wolfie he surely did
Leaving him lying face down in the dirt.
Crawling ever slowly away
Cursing old granny and her piercing screams
Back to his damp and lonely cave
Living with the nightmarish dreams.
Knowing when he’s feeling better
His tact & skills he’ll have to hone
Pick a target that’s easier
Like that annoying piggy #1’s home.
