It happens to all of us. Time wasted. But it is good for us to know when we are wasting our time rather than being so occupied with whatever it is that we may lose sleep as well as time.
Time to let go of troubles and enjoy what we have, today. We often sing that song, Today, By The New Christie Minstrels, because it focuses on what's important.
This is a very thought provoking poem Kay,
and very true of most people I think, myself included,
especially these days,
perhaps your poem will inspire me to look more toward tomorrow
and not so much back at yesterday. which I can never change.
