Pride, as a well-worn blanket, enwraps my resident misery. Ominous eyes my sole windows enticing curiosity's fool to gaze within grazing my internally parched landscape with intimacy's light-- lifted veils revealing in kind the man's eternal longing for money lost among the lad's eternal longing for love crushed as the delicate fern beneath the methodical march of Time.
