Great poem. Love the rhyme. Makes me think about my own writing and how words last forever.

We all have our reason's for for the style that we write in....
Some of us have a style that everyone will remember...
Others have a style of writing that everyone would just
rather forget....
But most of all....Whatever we write will be forever documented
for everyone to see and read.

Many want to be accepted and have poems read by the multitudes. Some seem to have a gift of conveying thought when writing their poems , hoping to reach stardom in a unique way. Special ones would like to be remembered through the chasams of time!

You make some very good point here…and of the importance of writing…

RAJOB, I LIKE THE SENTIMENTS EXPRESSED IN THIS WORK AND IT DOES FORM A PICURE FOR THE READER. I'M NOT MUCH ON CRITIQUE OF POEMS, BUT I LOOK AT RYTHEM AND RHYME ALMOST LIKE SINGING A SONG WHICH IS TRUE POETRY . I've WRITTEN A LOT OF POETRY TO BRING HUMOR TO THE READER. OCCASIONALLY I'LL GET SERIOUS AND PUT SOMETHING TOGETHER WITH A LOTTA FEELING. SOMETIMES I HAVE TO WRITE SOMETHING ALMOST BACKWARDS TO GET THE METERING AND RHYME THAT I NEED. EXPRESSING YOUR THOUGHTS IN WORDS CAN BE A COMBINATION OF PROSE AND POETRY. I THINK HALLMARKS OF A POET IS THAT COMBINATION AND WELL EXPRESSED.
