SOUNION AT SUNSET
Poetry... to the sea.
Its pages on the steeps
below the cliffs...
what little word
can speak its noise
of things as this?
As this:
that lie in deeps
beneath the rocks
or space above the air
or temples old
whose beaten blocks
still stand upon the why.
While all around, the wind...
as though some horn to blow
across the day,
they come to hear
the sun to slip
and drink its last
... the years.
Cape Sounion: southern-most point of the Attican mainland,
Greece; topped by the broken columns of the Temple of
Poseidon... where once Lord Byron hoped to carve his own
initials into an immortality beyond time and poetry.

I like very much the way break up "While all around, the wind ... [snip] ... the years".
Teach me how to use space like that. The poem looks great on the page.
