Hanging on to the edge--believing

Lost . Digging for answers you fall in a hole Lessons of nonsense bind your control With consciousness your minds yearning Struggling for existence with learning Confusion deals its problems everyday Concentration eluding you in everyway Not believing in yourself is meaningless Irrelevant thoughts bring mindlessness Unwilling to focus to see things clearer With critical thoughts hell draws nearer the sorrow and guilt have a great toll As dark fills your heart mind and soul Lost and negative dealing with the pain Thoughts for suicide revoke me insane Aggression against myself the final cost Sanitys in there somewhere I am just....lost

This poem speaks of much despair. Whether it is caused externally or internally makes no difference, because it is a cry for help that apparently, is going unanswered.

Unfortunately, I have no answers either� No advice that will help except looking on the bright side of things.

I had a friend who overdosed on morphine in my college years. I remember her saying that she was awfully depressed and had stopped sharing and talking because she felt like she was bothering people. I attempted suicide while I was in the Army in Germany. I was 20. I'll never forget the Angel that came to me. Being in the Light changed me entirely. I was told that my Creator (the Most High) loved me and that His Love was well worth living for. A riveting insight that more than a few will relate to. Peace to you... rlc

I can relate to every word Kathleen...but keep looking...you will find your way....
Sometimes just getting away from the thoughts...distraction...instead of looking, looking, for the solution...
