A single Mothers life is never done with her head in her lap she holds onto hope and her faith through the eyes of her children
Young Black women single mother of six children. Trying hard to rise
Her children in a land filled with despair and term oral.
Struggling to her seems so bliss that there are times
When she really doesn't seem to think that
Things could get any worse.
Trying to pay her bills. Some moths no food Sometimes
Not even enough money to buy her children clothes;
But she is a strong a strong black women for her children's sake,
Letting them know that everything is going to get better.

Hi Shareta,a lot of women out there who are single and have children can indeed be a strong and insprational influence on their lives.Having six children and still being able to maintain your composure and find strength is what I admired about you or any other single mother out there.You are a very bless woman.Take good care of yourself and thanks for sharing your feelings in this poem.
Interesting, heartfelt write and being a single mother is not an easy chore. Trying to balance working to put a roof over the head and food on the table and be there for your children's needs makes one walk a thin tight rope at the least. Faith in God to help see one through can only offer solace and a peace at heart. Nicely written...
