If anger sinks in

                          Go by

If anger seeps in

                         Go past

If anger rears up

                         Let go

If you hold onto this emotion

                         It will eat you alive.

We have to learn to let go of the anger,a great poem and a great reminder...

This is very true.It is indeed no good to hold your anger inside.If people want to express their anger or released it they should write a poem like you did :-).take care
