My Dolly

I still have this doll
Her boots eat-up her hose but the smile on her face is awesome like a rose, I can cradle my inner thoughts to her anytime of day. Whatever I say to her, she thinks it's o.k. She's my best friend. Has been since birth. She'll grow up with me, More than gold, she's worth. She decorates my bed during bright day hours, is my pajama partner after bedtime showers. She's unique like me, but in quite good shape. If we ever parted, my heart would break. My Dolly, My Dolly, she'll always be. . 2001 Carol Dee Meeks

Nice to have things like this from our childhood still with us. Now for sure I had no dolly but still have few old Roy Rogers guns that I look at and brings back great memories.

I've never had a dolly when I was a young child, only a stuffed pink rabbit.

I owned many dollys now, but I'm the one who bought them for myself. I like to collect dolls, especially the porcelain ones.

It's good that you had the doll since childhood. There must be a lot of wonderful memories in it. I'm glad you still have it.
