A scar upon our hearts
a rip within our souls
the visions of Nine/Eleven
will indeed forever hold
The pain and angst of that day…
but then, also… marked reverence
to the Wondrous Power of God
who saturated mourning with strength
And here…as we proceed
in the Beauty of Faith’s parade
we marvel our grit and tenacity
un-bent by grievous…invade
Thus, in the beams of re-risen edifices
that declare the unity of our land…dear
we reach …with sure bonds of hope
while remembering this tragedy …each year
PSALM 27:13-14

We all remember where we were..
when this terrible chain of events
took place…
Yet in time and with Hope in our Hearts and
Faith, we all learned to get through…and
many acts of heroism, great strength and Love
paved the way…
We live in the UK, and My son visited the site
and the museum which was there at the time,,,
He spoke to a lady who worked on the ninth floor and she
escaped, but her son a Fireman sadly did not…
So many lessons, but so much Hope and love was out there…
People from all Faiths United and knew their God had
given them the resilience to get through…

While the heinous act of 9/11 brought all Americans together, even Muslim Americans, it still makes me wonder what kind of Muslim God allows this kind of sacrificial flying of airplanes into buildings to kill thousands?
