Enjoying my empowerment makes it easy to start each day with the decision to have fun and be happy. Identifying myself as a vibrational being with an emotional guidance system makes it so easy to clarify where I am on my emotional journey. As a vibrational being I view all persons, places and things, all situations as vibrational, subjects to whom I give attention. And in giving attention to these subjects, I include their vibrations in my vibration. As I do, I adjust my feeling thoughts to better and better feeling thoughts, making sure I have my fun and happiness. I live by the rule that I am supposed to be happy and have fun.
So the world presents diverse subjects with persons practicing all sorts of vibrations, in various places near and far, I feel good about some, liking what I see and hear. These I immediately want to expand on, knowing there is always more where that came from. For some subjects, I don’t like what I see and hear. I prefer something different – I prefer to feel better. Sorting out my likes and dislikes, I clarify my desires and activate new ideas in my non-physical focus.
When it comes down to what I do not like and do not want, I know what’s going on. It means I had interpreted the vibrations of these subjects through my physical focus – using my senses, often with instruments to amplify my senses, and my reasoning capacity based on knowledge I have about the subject through my human intellect. Seeing and hearing what is within the range of my physical focus alone I include vibrations in my vibration that leave me vulnerable to forms of discomfort. Sometimes my discomfort is about the discomfort I recognize in persons in the world around me – like hearing news that you are going through something that makes you feel bad, makes you afraid. You might be going through grief or feeling insecure or in a driving rage because of your health, finances, a relationship or some limitation imposed on you by others, such as governmental regulations. Things like this move me out of my fun and happiness.
So my only real responsibility is to control my vibration so I am happy having fun. But how do I have fun and be happy when my personal focus is on something that feels uncomfortable? If I feel any form of discomfort I know my emotional guidance system is efficient and is letting me know the perspective of my physical focus differs from that of my non-physical focus. Right away I realize in my non-physical focus I observe the entire spectrum of the thing I had given attention with my physical focus. My non-physical focus has the universal vantage point and looks at the infinite vibrations within the situation – concentrating on the highest and best.
Through my non-physical focus I see right away things I observed via physical focus represent just one of infinite possibilities. And I realize all parties in the situation want one single thing: to feel good. I know they are constantly reaching for something that feels better – doing something that feels better. In just seconds of turning to my non-physical focus I shift to a broader view of the persons in the situation. I remember the primary points of my non-physical focus: joy, clarity, freedom, empowerment, love and appreciation, and realize the uncomfortable conditions came to my attention so I could expand my fun and happiness. They came so I could find new ideas for the subject – ideas in line with the perspective of my non-physical focus.
Clarity brings new ideas for joy in practicing solutions for the condition. How much fun I have practicing solutions and seeing them play out as happy images on the stage of my mind! I love to practice empowerment with new ideas, playing the part of a magnificent solution, free as I allow the joy of doing and being my desires in the greatest fulfillment. With access to the cooperative components of the solutions activates my happiness vibration and I have so much fun.
Recently I had so much fun helping a woman whose grief after the death of her mother and of her furry companion of many years had lasted for several months. Telling me she was the only caregiver for her mother for six years, she explained she could not stop crying. Her sadness was central to her discomfort. My fun in helping her find a way to sustain a better feeling thought involved discussion to find where she was on her emotional journey and clarify her destination. She had attempted several processes I was familiar with and eased her emotional pain for about an hour. Agreeing to a joy vigil and walking through different aspects of the joy feeling thought where she clearly felt what joy feels like it was easy to see she had shifted her mood. She was laughing and her tone of voice lifted. Two days later the woman contacted me telling me about the fun she was having with her joy vigil. The next day she contacted me about processes she was practicing as she shifted to another part of her emotional journey – something she heard in the news. Indeed congrats were in order for her!
