Distinguish yourself. Know what your unique skills and talents are. Only you do things the way you do.

Internet Trainer Tip #12 and #41 from a book that I reviewed in 2005. You are unique. You might have the same skills or interests as others, but only you do things the way you do. Steps to Creating a Marketing Plan: Use resource centers, the library, and the Internet to learn more about job and industry trends or to find detailed information about a company. Distinguish yourself. Know what your unique skills and talents are. No matter how insignificant you think something is, it may be the one thing that make your different from others. Use your creativity to come up with multiple methods of marketing. Never become a nuisance. Be yourself. You are unique. You might have the same skills or interest as others, but only you do things the way you do. People will respect you for being you. No matter how many people have come before you, there is no other you. Ms. Susan Morem company sent me her books in 2005 to read and review while I was writing for a Business Coach Site as the Host - Editor - Writer. The above tips came from 101 Tips for Graduates by Susan Morem.
