Is your teen stressed out? Here are some tips

Reducing stress in your teen might seem like an impossibility, but it can be done. There are many factors causing stress in teenagers these days. These stresses can come from peer pressure, school projects, sports and time management.

The best way to reduce the stress is to let them get it all out. This may be very uncomfortable and you may have some words with your teen that are not so pleasant, however it is important that they get it out. You do not want your teen keeping it all in. Venting is very important.
