Constructive criticism requires that the critic also give us the benefit of his/her thinking, and show us the way of the mess he describes and into a better set of circumstances. It's not too late. You can go back and edit your comments.
I think your letter to Congress needed a bit more editing. I doubt that using such language will get anything done beyond demonstrating your personal vocabulary shortfall. If all you wanted to do was cuss somebody out - well, I suppose you've succeeded in showing how easy that can be done.
With the shut down looming we are informed that there are over 1,000,000 non essential government employees...It's pretty obvious that a lot of them are in the execuative branch, the house of representative and the senate. That's why we are broke.
