Atheists All

Each historic age, Gods seem all the rage,

But always some use a different gauge,

Live not by values from scroll divined,

But by human reason and logic defined.

These atheists don’t believe in Gods,

Find solutions in the physical odds

That chance and circumstance play,

Not the popular supernatural way.

Despite what reason and fact implore,

Gods’re still worshipped, same as before.

And the atheists that live here and now,

To supernatural Gods don’t kneel or bow.

If a God loved by another on this earth,

You just ignore as of no spiritual worth,

You are atheist to the lover of that God,

And from his point of view, quite odd.

You are atheist if you don’t believe in Ka,

Won’t bow before Woden, Indra and Kamsa,

Deny fealty to Satan, Buddha and Allah,

The Holy Ghost, Brahma, Vishnu and Bhaga.

You are atheist if you don’t believe in Zeus,

Or for sun god Apollo have little use,

You’re atheist if you don’t believe in Osiris,

Or if Poseidon’s not the apple of your Iris.

We’re all atheists — kids, dads and mothers,

Some just believe in fewer Gods than others.

Understand why rampant atheism we all reflect,

To know why Gods of all stripes, some reject.
