They say the grass is greener

On the other side

But I found once I got there

That somebody had lied

 

I suppose I could be color blind

And misjudged the hues of green

But the shades are much more relative

Than I perhaps should have foreseen

 

When making do with what you have

Makes your problems seem too weighty

I suggest you look across the pond

And ask the folks in Haiti

Are you kiddin Patrick, green grass in California, where the hell do you get all the water from, but you are right on the button, their grass is green all right, just everything else isn't, is it.
