Underneath your flaming crown set ablaze with autumn’s fiery crescendo a crimson blanket splashed with the oranges and yellows of a dragon’s breath that swirls about with the flurry of an intoxicated ballerina performing her seasonal ballet wholly mesmerized by the enchanting songs of the summer’s wistful sirens whose haunting cries beseech the equinox to take measure of stretching shadows and mornings crisp with fall’s brisk air that gently coaxes your generous branches to release the bounty of your precious seed that cascades like rain nurturing life’s grand cycle incubating our spirit that longs for the unity that only nature provides with the simple toss of an acorn to the ground whose tiny roots much like our own provide a brief safe haven for the collective gestation of our vacuous famished souls as we prepare for the long winter’s sleep
This contains so many ideas and so much imagery that is my constant companion that it is impossible for me NOT to love this, Patrick! I also very much liked your "intervention" and additions to my last post... I love it when peeps take some sort of inspiration (even a negative ones) from anything I have written. To me that represents the true exchange between Reader and Writer. The dragon and the ballerina are my particular favourites in this piece. xx
