*Annie Oakley stalled her ride* *Mistook the clutch for the brake* *Tie rods in the desert* *Engine left for dead* *Registration expired* *Buffalo* *pies lead the way to the Oasis* *A day’s hard hike maybe two* *Rattle snake chatter provides the song* *Bleached bones provide the view* *Salesman didn’t mention warranty* *Lancaster* *twelve bore will rectify* *Bill will be furious* *But her wild west bare back show will go on* *Las Vegas* *never sleeps* Copyright 2010 Patrick Granfors

Calamity Jane Kissed a Girl and She Liked It

Fringe dripping crotch
Hump feels her out
Buffalo Heat Swelled Billie bean
Hickok ain't nowhere to be seen
Calamity hisses at the rattler
Same sex mean
She kisses a Vegas Drag Queen
Goes down for the count
69 seconds elapse
Sin City Comes up blazing sevens
Neon Preacher dies with fake eyes
Rattler shoots venom in his own leg
Hickok arrives on the scene
