How do I know my youth is all spent?
My get up and go has got up and went.
But in spite of it all I'm able to grin,
and think of the places my get up has been.

You are quickly becoming my favorite poet!
This one takes me back to little, "Johnny-boy" with his worn out hat.
My mom would put the ear flaps down and send me on my way.
If it was not too cold it came off before the end of the day.
Mom did not like that, she was the "Hat Police" jokingly I would say.
Soon to be my next poetic write...
