WHEN IT POURS....Q's

Sometimes it rains hard...sometimes, it literally 'pours'. So much so that we can't even see the path we're on anymore. When the 'weather' gets this bad we can always find shelter...in the House of Prayer.

Poem Artwork

It was pouring...I

took refuge in Prayer's House...there

vast yens...sought the Son

!

Through peaceful rooms I

roamed and lingered...then dined 'til

sate...on His vast love

!

I rested on a

bed...covered with the Lamb's sheets

and Salvation's spread

!

In a Crimson Flood

I swam...a Font...paid in full

with Calvary's plan

!

My worn and tattered

shoes were repaired...redesigned

by Lord of the House

!

When I left...still...it

poured...but now...an umbrella

of faith...covered me

Is 43:2

"Through peaceful rooms I roamed and lingered...then dined 'til
sate...on tender love" is so powerful, Joyce. Such a sanctuary all should seek. Always faithful, always with love. A moving piece, my friend. God bless. ~Hugs, Elizabeth
