I can't remember how many times I have been so glad that my thoughts could not be heard. But, of course, in considering... there is One who is aware of every thought's intent and purpose...the One from Whom 'nothing' is hid and to Whom it matters the most. All in all...He knows! Pressing On...
You certainly piqued my interest in those thoughts that you can't reveal. I'm not judgmental or interested in cruelly using private thoughts to advantage, but it certainly would be interesting to eavesdrop on them.
I've been thinking lately about how privacy is slipping away as more and more technology is creeping into our lives. There are some, me included, that believe if our thoughts were available to others, bad thoughts would be addressed before they become violent. Sharing them only with a mythical entity or in a confessional booth or couch where the priest or psychiatrist is not allowed to intervene, makes little sense. One way that we can do away with evil in our society is for privacy to disappear.
He does, indeed. Can't entertain contrary thoughts for too long before the Holy Spirit starts to convict. It's a marvelous and amazing relationship; one Michele and I are both thankful for each and every day. Peace... r
