How Great You are, Oh Lord My God
You formed me from the earthly sod
Throughout my life these many year
You’ve walked me thru briar and tare
No, I’m not the woman…I…wanted to be
I’m simply…how You made me~
Your…entire way Lord, Your…will
I’m here at Your feet Your call to fulfill
Your Everlasting Love…did search
Rescuing me from my blind perch
No, I’m not the woman…I… wanted to be
I’m simply…how You made me
Ego’s flashing lights often arrive
Trying to tempt me …to ride
But I know I’m a part of Your plans…
And my life is in Your Hands
Existing in a capsule of Your making…
I’m content…all other things forsaking
All of my days I’ll praise Your Name…
Glorifying Your Power and Reign
I’m on the road that will lead me…home
Now, eternal life awaits…no more to roam
So glad, I’m not the woman…I… wanted to be
But simply…how You made me

We are who God wants us to be.
At the end of our journeys,
we look back at our footprints and, realize:
We have not been alone.
God has always been walking with us.
