Ethereal flumed perfume, dainty pink
Of pea design, exudes bouquet of Spring’s
Auspice, wafting pastel sight and smell; wink
And wave and breath pure bliss plush season brings.
Ecstatic pulse enflames petite tendril’s
Progressive search, tipsy blossoms angle
To reach for slipstream sun, ablaze, until
Portentous winds pluck petals. Symbolic…
Edifice collapses as plumed pea-forms
Grasp at growth, proud-greeting portfolio
Epicures love of prolific reforms,
While recumbent supports lie dead below.
Sweet pea, effloresce into fallow rhymes;
Seed fused-words before decrescendo climbs.
