Desperately trying, To control the emotion, But like a sinking ship, I’m loosing to the ocean. Can’t shake this feeling, So heavy and hard to hold, But soon, it will be over, Or so I’m told. As it seems to get lighter, And I regain some hope, I’m pulled right back again, Like I’m tied up with a rope. Please won’t you remove it, Untie me from this chain, I’m struggling with sanity, Please let it remain.
