"Tonight"

As I go to sleep my beloved
My heart will be with you tonight
And as I turn down the light
And wipe away my tears
I will push away those haunting fears
I know
As my heart plunged into the ground
I found a little hope
Within that grain of sand
There is hope in sunshine
I listen through the darkest night
And like a little child I smile
Cause deep within my longing heart…
Joy and sorrow intertwine
Although my world is cold tonight
I feel warmth deep within my heart
And although it’s a long and winding road
My dreams did not lost its way
I see your name in front of me
As I wander and wonder in darkness
You are my light that leads the way
In these chambers of my heart
Blue Eagle wings embrace…
And holds me through the night
With beauty and with grace
Our love not out of place
And as I go to sleep my beloved
My heart will be with you tonight

So sweet and romantically sentimental that love can be so strong yet so tender. As always you do love so spendidly.
